Full Time / Part time Pharmacist

Responsibilities:

1. Comply with all applicable Company policies and procedures.
2. Filling prescriptions on the computer
3. Counting pills
4. Answering the telephone
5. Using the cash register
6. Pricing, Ordering, Handling Deliveries, Stocking Shelves
7. Calling Physicians as appropriate
8. Taking refill prescriptions from patients over the telephone
9. Ensuring the physical appearance of the pharmacy is appealing and customer friendly
10. Providing exceptional customer service consistently.
11. Acquiring accurate new patient information for the customer profile
12. Compounds and Dispenses prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals for patient care according to professional standards and state and federal legal requirements.
13. Reviews prescriptions issued by physicians or other authorized prescribers to assure accuracy and determine formulas and processes such as weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
14. Direct pharmacy workers to mix, pack, and label pharmaceuticals.
